Heavy-Duty Landscaper Body

The Heavy-Duty Landscaper Body is constructed entirely from aluminum, eliminating steel or hybrid components. Its crossmemberless design prevents the accumulation of road and job site debris on the underside, reducing added weight. This design also contributes to a lower center of gravity, decreasing the mounting height by 4 inches. The extrusion long sill system enhances durability, and the exclusive EX2 rubber cushion minimizes vibration, resulting in a quieter ride and reduced wear and tear. The aluminum construction offers fuel savings by achieving a body weight that is 50% less than steel alternatives. For added versatility, the front, sides, and rear of the body are removable, making it suitable for snow removal companies.

Tuff Truck Bodies’ Standard Aluminum Landscaper Body is designed with all-aluminum construction, featuring 9'4" or 12'4" standard body lengths and 42" tall sides, front, and rear. It includes a 6"x4" extruded rub rail, a 4"x4"x1/4" extruded top rail, and a boxed 1 3/4" extruded aluminum floor with a smooth bottom. The body also incorporates the proprietary EX2 long sill rubber cushion insert and a crossmemberless structure. Additional features are single-latch doors, two-piece cargo doors, stainless steel hardware, aluminum hinges, LED lights with a one-piece wiring harness, and a standard 50" side door on the passenger side. This design provides a lightweight, durable solution with options for toolboxes and a rear hitch.
