Standard Rancher

All-aluminum, fully-welded construction is standard, as is the proprietary extruded crossmemberless floor. Available in smooth or traction, these floors are made with different and unique extrusions.

Also standard is the proprietary EX2 long sill rubber cushion insert that protects aluminum meeting steel. Competitors use a steel subframe with no isolation material, which means over time the materials will conflict – causing electrolysis corrosion – decreasing the overall appearance, longevity and value of the body.

Finally, standard lights include factory-installed LED stop, turn, tail and marker lights.

Gooseneck hitches and balls are shipped loose for the distributor to bolt to the truck frame prior to mounting the body. This ensures end users pull with the truck frame rather than pulling with the body. Rear receiver hitches are not available from the factory.

Skirted Rancher

The aluminum skirted rancher combines truck body flexibility with toolbox storage. Its all-aluminum, all-welded construction and a sturdy extruded floor add durability.

Available in lengths from 7’4” to 11’4” and widths 80” to 100”. The tapered bulkhead on this aluminum skirted rancher has a screen window, 2” x 3” extruded tube frame and integrated stop, tail, turn and backup lights. The smooth aluminum rear apron has LED stop, tail, turn and backup lights. The integrated aluminum construction toolboxes feature smooth, bottom-hinge doors. Choose tread plate/diamond plate finish side-hinged or bottom-hinged doors at no upcharge.

The T6061 aluminum alloy used delivers 100 percent corrosion resistance, increased strength, durability and longevity. The EX2 long sill rubber cushion insert adds frame protection while reducing vibration and noise.

Customize this skirted rancher to suit your work needs with additional toolboxes in underbody, top, side swing or backpack styles. A gooseneck hitch with 25,000-pound ball is standard or upgrade to 30,000-pound B&W turnover ball hitch.

Economy Rancher

Our economy bodies are built with superior quality and durability from fully welded aluminum body. The Economy Rancher is priced to be a lower price versus out competitors but lower quality welded versions. Mounting height is reduced by 2", which means a lower center of gravity and installed bed height.
